After a few weeks of unsuccessful research and advice from
my tutor I have decided to look back at my original ideas and concepts and take
my project down a different route.
I found the concept of ‘Fishermen’ to have the most
potential. I realised when exploring this theme I needed to be careful that I stayed
away from the typical nautical stripes and anchors.
I found the most inspiration from researching images of
fishing nets, the patterns and textures within the images really inspired me.
